Purpose: Advertising the release of a new film. Promoting the product (the film). Entertain the audience. Attract an audience to watch the film.
Form: The form of my video will be a trailer for the film ______, and whether it's part of a franchise or connected to any other films. It will be non-linear (this is a convention of trailers).
Content: Characters, Narrative Structure, Iconography, EDITING, Mise En Scene, Locations, Lighting, Camerawork (Angles of their connotations + Shot types), Costume + Make up, Gestures, props, Sound (diegetic? Music?)
Shot Types: Close up, Wide shot, panning, tilting, tracking, zooming, handheld movements
Editing:
Mise en Scene - Lighting (Low key/high key) + Props + Locations + Costumes
Camerawork - Shot types + Angles + Movement
